A   Unfortunately we can only produce 2 dimensional images from photographs.

A   In three ways. First by visiting our studio / factory. Second, on location at various outlets, and of course we do home visits by arrangement.

A   Our products are made from first grade 'optical' crystal, which is the best quality you can buy. However, it is glass, if you drop the crystal it could chip or shatter. If you look after it, you will have a lifetime of pleasure from our product. It will not fade or discolor over time.

A   The only limit on text is the amount of space available after the photograph is inserted. Our experinced staff will be pleased to advise you in order to get the best results.

A   Our high-tec cameras will produce a crystal clear image. However, our sub-surface laser engraver will produce 'what it sees' so if you use a poor quality, out of focus picture, your crystal will look the same.

A   Our experienced staff can very often work wonders on damaged photographs, and old 'sepia' photographs lok amazing when transferred into crystal.
